PTS
was created in the later half of 2005 as a division of
Hetzell Consulting. The technicians at PTS have
been working with home computers, peripherals, and software
for over 25 years and understand the latest technologies
and product offerings right down to the component level. It
is this level of expertise that enables us to provide
our customers unmatched support and unbiased consulting.
Over
the past several years, more and more retail companies
have been taking advantage of their market position and
offering technical services for the computer products
they sell. Unfortunately
however, because of the volume of work they receive, these
companies are often forced to hire
inexperienced and
under-trained technicians.
This
inexperience usually manifests itself
to the customer as lost data and unnecessary charges for
parts and labor. "We
have seen it over and over again where a customer drops
off their computer to be repaired and after a few days
ends up being told that there was a serious problem and
all of their data has been lost."
