PTS
was created in the latter half of 2005 as a division of
Hetzell Consulting. The technicians at PTS have
been working with home computers, peripheral devices,
and software, for over 25 years and understand the latest
technologies and product offerings right down to the component
level. It is this
level of expertise that enables us to provide our customers
with unmatched technical support and unbiased technical
consulting.
Over
the past decade, retail stores have taken advantage of
their market position to offer technical support services
for the computer products they sell. Unfortunately
however, because of the volume of work they tend to receive,
these retail
stores are often forced to hire
inexperienced and
under trained technicians.
This
inexperience and undertraining can sometimes manifest
itself
to the customer as lost data and unnecessary charges.
